Hot-rolled seamless steel tube has the following kinds: common steel tube, low-pressure boiler steel pipe, medium-pressure boiler steel pipe, high-pressure boiler tube, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, petroleum cracking pipe, geological steel pipe and other steel pipe, etc. Cold rolled steel pipe is classified into several categories: common steel pipe, low-pressure boiler steel pipe, medium-pressure boiler steel pipe, high-pressure boiler tube, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, oil cracking pipe, other steel pipe besides carbon thin-wall steel tube, alloy thin-wall steel pipe, thin-wall stainless steel tube, special-shaped steel tube.

Under external force, piping insulation might have adverse effects on performance in anti-corrosion, steel pipe deformation, stability, fatigue resistance, etc. In the processing of
hot rolled steel products, it is not so easy to take control of the thickness and hem width of the pipes. Although the length and thickness of hot rolled steel pipe has reached the standard in the beginning of expansion and contraction, it must have minus tolerance at the end. The wider this minus tolerance of hem width is, the more obvious the thickness will be.
