1. Optimization of sulfate galvanizing
The most important advantage of sulfate galvanizing is that the current efficiency can up to 100%, and has a fast deposition rate which is incomparable to other galvanizing technique. Since the crystalline coating is not fine enough, the sulfate galvanizing is only suitable for pipes with simple shapes. After improving, the new technology keeps the advantages of former technique and improves the working efficiency. After optimization, the sulfate can galvanize pipes with complicated shapes and the protective property was increased by 3 to 5 times. Practice shows that the new technique can create finer coat for pipes and has a faster deposition rate, it can reach the galvanizing requirements within three minutes.
2. Conversion of zinc sulfate
The sulfate electro-galvanizing technology keeps the major components of zinc sulfate, other components such as aluminum sulphate and potash alum can be eliminate through adding sodium hydroxide during the processing. Tests show that it’s difficult to completely remove the sulfate and potassium aluminum sulfate in one time. This technique may cause little influence on the brightness of pipes but not on the function.
3. Cleanness
The sulfate electro-galvanizing technology doesn’t cause any leakage of fluid. The process has the circulation system and the system can make the fluid loop back without leakage or emission. The production line has five cleaning tanks and applies the periodic circulation system. After passivation, there is still no wastewater.
