The 8th Asia Steel Forum (ASF) will curtain up on Nov. 12th, at Sheraton Seoul Palace Gangnam Hotel (in Seoul, South Korea), hosted by Steel & Steel from South Korea, China Mysteel Research Institute, Japan Metal Daily, and Taiwan Steelnet, and with full support from China Association of Automobile Manufactures, Iron & Steel Associations of Burma, India, Indonesia, Korea, Vietnam.
More than 500 delegates from Asia steel field will join this event, including company representatives from Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd. , JFE Holdings, etc., executive director of Pohang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd Kim Kwang Soo, vice president of JETRO Seoul branch Suenaga Satoshi, South Korea congressman Eoh KiyKu, CEO of India SteelMint Dhruv Goel, Philco Zhang from Indonesia Tsingshan Stainless Steel, secretary-general assistant of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Chen Shihua, as well as vice president of China Mysteel Research Institute Xia Xiaokun.
Themed by "the environment and future of human and steel", this event (Nov. 12th - Nov. 14th) will focus on trending topics such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, policy, import and export of steel, barriers to trade, etc. Steel experts across Asia will share their thoughts of the development status and future trend of the Asian steel industry from different angles. With so many bigwigs and brilliant contents, this event is unmissable. What is also worth noticing is that there will be an activity of visiting Hyundai Motor Co., Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd, Dongkuk Steel Mill Co, Ltd., Husteel Industry Group in Dangjin, Chungcheong Province, South Korea, on the third day of the forum (Nov. 14th), in order to seek cooperation opportunity.
