Welding technology of stainless steel welded pipe is significant.
As for what is included, please read on.
A. Equipment
a. If it is argon arc welding, then direct current infusible argon arc welding should be adopted as well as DCEN, owing to its capacity such as aspirating in advance, decaying current and lagging plenum.
b. If it is manual arc welding, ac or dc welding machine should be used with current of 300A.
c. Solder wire of argon tungsten-arc welding should conform to the requirement of standard and its surface should be cleaned up before using.
d. Welding rod of manual arc welding should be under dying for an hour before using, keeping its temperature at 200 degree.
B. Assembly requirements
a. Mechanical method should be used for paper cutting. The error of end verticality should be less than 0.5mm, and grinding wheel or file should be used if there is need to modify.
b. Weld area should be cleaned before welding, and cannot be stained till welding.
C. Welding process
a. Welding position
The pipe during diamond can adopt horizontal-rolled-position welding, while installation in external field should adopt all-position welding.
b. Positioned welding
Layup of each pipe should be welded at least three anchor points, the current cannot be too much, and the root of welding point cannot be through welded so as not to affect the robustness.
c. Welding method
If the thickness of wall tube is over 3mm, argon tungsten-arc welding should be adopted, otherwise, you can take argon tungsten-arc welding as base welding and manual arc welding as full welding.
